What is the most convenient software for creating bootable USB for Linux / Win distributions in ISO?

Recommend a convenient software that allows you to create bootable flash drives with subsequent editing, and the ability to add new distributions.
Something like the fact that there is a bootable USB flash drive, it has an ISO directory where different images are located, and some kind of text menu in which you can add new items.
I would like to create a bootable USB screw, in which, if necessary, it is easy to add new / remove old distributions without recreating the entire flash drive.
I used multiboot, but he didn’t want to add a 64-bit version, maybe I have an old version of multiboot.
I would not like to experiment with all the options on my own, if anyone already has experience - tell me.
PS It would be nice if, in addition to the ISO image, you could simply drop the installation files into the directory and add it too, but in principle this can be done through www.askvg.com/wbi-creator-free-portable-utility-to... in ISO stir up. Nevertheless, if the option without ISO would be natively supported, this is a plus.
UPD: Yes, multiboot is important. That is, I need not just a bootable flash drive with one boot option, but the ability to have several different ISO images on it, and during boot from the flash drive, I specify which one to load. The images can contain distributions of both Linux and Windows and all sorts of livecds, and a convenient quick way to update distributions.

I will add one more perversion - in PlayMarket there is such a thing as DriveDroid. It works simply - we throw iso files on the flash drive, add the necessary one to DriveDroid (you can have several, you can download it from the network), activate it, connect the smart to your computer and ... voila. The computer is loaded from the iso file on your smart/flash drive :)

I chose this option. Everything works with Windows, linux live -cd too. I haven't tried installing linux.

All this is done without problems using GRUB.
Only
it doesn't seem to work, but it is solved by creating a partition and dropping files there, the eight seven is put like that without problems.
The only negative is that when you insert a USB flash drive into a computer, a bunch of windows fly out with notifications about a new disk :)

I'm not a big expert in this area, but I can advise unetbootin to create a bootable flash drive, but the image itself, so as not to reinvent the wheel, can be "finished" based on the existing, good old Hiren'sBootCD

Try yumi ( www.pendrivelinux.com/yumi-multiboot-usb-creator/). You can upload many different distributions or pure images (*.iso).
