How to enable old photo import from flash drive in Windows 10?

In the seven (and in the early versions of the dozen) there was such a photo import menu. It is in the system, but it opens only on connected photos and phones through the context menu.
Now, autorun offers to use import only through metro Photos, which is not very convenient (usually)
How can I add the old import with Explorer to the autorun menu?

regsvr32 PhotoAcq.dll
regsvr32 PhotoViewer.dll
