Why does zabbix send repeated notifications?

Good afternoon!
Configured triggers and email notifications about problems with devices in zabbix. The parameters were polled every 10 minutes. The checkbox "send messages again" is not activated. In the subject of the email template, I indicated "{TRIGGER.STATUS}: {TRIGGER.NAME}". First, the letter "PROBLEM: ...." comes, after a few minutes the letter "OK: ..." arrives, although the problem remains. After 10 minutes, a second poll of the devices showed that the problem had not resolved and the messages were being sent again. I did not set up any escalations specifically. How to remove resending messages and most importantly - "OK: ..." messages.

Judging by the description, the trigger falsely changed the status of the object to "ok", it is necessary to cut the test parameters.
And the messages of individual groups (such as prints) seemed to be turned off, google the recipes.

Are you sure the trigger doesn't jump to the OK state and immediately back to PROBLEM? Look in triggers (Monitoring -> Triggers) when this trigger fired, how long the states lasted, etc. Just like that, it should not send notifications, only when an event occurs

It seems that with the help of a system of crutches and some kind of mother, the issue was partially resolved.
1. In the action settings, in addition to the trigger itself, I specify an additional condition "if the trigger state is PROBLEM".
2. In the action settings, I set the time for this step to be a day long. In this case, another message will come in 24 hours. If an event like "the printer needs service" or "the UPS needs a battery replacement" then one message per day is acceptable. In more dynamic areas, this option is not suitable while I dig further.
