View news from other countries, how?

Hello!
Task: Watching google and yahoo newsfeeds as if we are from a strange country (Turkey, Tunisia, Algeria, UAE, Jordan).
Thoughts: As I understand it, you need to change ip to the desired country and then go to the news section of any of the search engines? What program is better to change and where to get the ip of these countries. Are there services for this issue?

If you change ip, then why not use a proxy or vpn? for example VPN Gateway.
And so, if I'm not mistaken, then why not use Google's regional domains? for example: https://news.google.co.uk/

Each search engine has a system of settings. In Google you can change the region without using a VPN, Yahoo only VPN, Bing too.
