What is the minimum iOS version supported for publishing to the AppStore?

Soon I plan to publish the application in the AppStore.
The customer is interested in what minimum version of iOS will be available and supported by the application published in the AppStore.
After reading the AppStore Review Guidelines, I did not find anything about this.
Maybe someone knows something about this and has links to the official rules regarding this?

The xcode you use to build your application supports a number of SDKs.
the earliest version and will be the minimum
before these are the last three versions of ios.
now you can select 8.0 in the project target
