IOS: How to get computer name by its IP in local network?

Good afternoon!
The task is to get the computer name by its IP in the local network. The C-functions getnameinfo, gethostbyname do not produce the desired result. All that I could sensibly google: stackoverflow.com/questions/11803048/iphone-get-ho...
and then, here it is advised to use "Bonjour, NetBIOS and UPnP". And how? Has anyone encountered a similar problem or knows a solution?
