How to add an English-Russian dictionary to iOS?

Having selected any text in a variety of programs, I want to get its translation.
By default, there are English, Russian and explanatory dictionaries. Need a dictionary to translate.

I use Yandex.Translate

1. Install the application, open it, go to settings
2. Choose "what language to translate into Safari" Russian
3. Exit the application, go to any browser or a reader where there is an English text.
4. We select a word or phrase in English, in the menu that appears, select Share, then Translator and in the pop-up window we see the translation.
Loses to the built-in dictionary with one extra click, but wins in the ability to translate entire phrases
