What is the main difference between Swarm and Bittorent protocols?

Hello.
In the Bittorent protocol, we have a .torrent file with information and a tracker that introduces me to other participants in the distribution.
Swarm - there is a bzz protocol, the file is distributed according to the same principle as a torrent. I read the manuals, but what is the fundamental difference between Bittorrent and Swarm?

yes, the same in torrent and swarm methods of file storage and content provision.
The biggest difference is in motivation.
you are interested in the contents of the distribution torrent (downloaded the movie to watch and while you have it on the disk, you distribute it).
and for storing swarm content, you will receive ethers.
