The problem is the following, immediately after the download, the web muzzle transmission does not work.
Raspberry starts, I try to go to 192.168.1.45:9091/, there is no answer.
I stop transmission: "sudo /etc/init.d/transmission-daemon stop"
Then I start it: "sudo /etc/init.d/transmission-daemon start" , and everything works! At 192.168.1.45:9091 everything is ok.
Immediately after the reboot, I write pl -ela and see everything as in the picture

1) open the port? (netstat -tulpn | grep 9091 or something like that)
2) is there anything interesting in the log?
