Some questions are difficult for beginners. So I would say that with 80-90% correct answers, one could argue that the person is a confident middle. But it is difficult to conduct a specific section, since it is necessary to look at the answers to which questions are not correct. For example "What do you think of AMD vs CommonJS?" - Jun is unlikely to have an idea about the meaning of the question in principle.
It seems to me that there are clearly not enough questions on git, canvas and gulp-type collectors.
But in general, tests are a very relative thing. It will show everything very roughly. For the speed of development is also important, and not just theoretical knowledge.
The check is simple:
1. Ask the applicant to make up the Google search string (observing the positioning as much as possible and including the display in adaptive mode!).
2. Check the quality of the finished layout: here
