What is the indication on hot spare drives?

Dear, welcome.
What should be the indication on disks in the hot-spare status? Assume LSI SAS 9341-4I controller, 4 disks in RAID 10 + 1 hot spare. Based on the mana, the indication should not blink, but should be constant. In my case, there are 2 indications on the disk, one is permanent blue, the second flashes red. Server supermicro, with bu raid controller. Maybe locate is enabled on disk ? Now I can’t physically and remotely have access to it, only at the end of the week, it is in a closed network.
