Will I have to pay tax for all the time from the start of work? Maybe there are banks that do not request this certificate of earnings?

Only banks need a Certificate of Earnings for internal verification and transferring you to a transaction passport if you have already earned a lot in a year. These data do not fall into the tax, there is nothing to be afraid of.
