Geany doesn't know how to open projects for me: there is a side frame, but there is no way to add all the cms files to the project. but I didn’t succeed in installing geanyprj - the plugin didn’t work for me because of https://www.linux.org.ru/forum/general/12142469
tell me a lightweight debian ide to open all cms files in the frame and study.

The main IDE is PHPStorm .
Better still no.
A bit easier than NetBeans .
Well, from ordinary editors, the best Sublime text or Atom .
Naturally install the necessary plugins.
