Are there any IDEs with a web interface for working with python?

Are there any web-based IDEs for working with python, like cloud9 and codeanywhere, that you can install in your virtual machine and use? I know IPython notebook, and this is a very handy thing, but still, the impossibility of having a file manager, an editor window and a terminal in one window confuses me a little. Plus, I'm interested in actively supported projects, i.e. cloud9 v2, which, as I know, was open source, which was then closed and turned into a paid cloud service, does not interest me.

There are many languages, python is also there. It is now one of the best IDEs in the cloud.

A "IDE with a web interface" is a "cow with a saddle" ;-)
