What is the footer for the site?

Good afternoon!
We make an online store website. We can't decide what to put in the footer. Is there a catalog of footers for online stores? Everything that was requested in the picture has already been revised.
I want to place
Catalog Services Additional Contacts
In contacts address, phone, method of communication and social buttons
Below is copyright and counters with a site map.
The reverse contact form is in the header.
The layout designer says this is the style of 98 (to shove everything in a row), but I don’t even understand what else to put in there.
Tell me, show me an example.

For me, so, "all" information that should interest me in terms of purchases should be in the header. The footer usually contains
- contact information
- copyright
- how to get to the store
- vacancies
- about you
- FAQ,
- payment methods, etc.
The client is interested not only in finding a product and pressing the "order" button. Therefore, everything related to the convenience in terms of shopping for the client should be visible IMMEDIATELY. Seriously, sometimes it's so annoying when important information is shkered somewhere :)

Here is a good example of a modern footer for an online store.
The main elements are contacts, top things, a search form, and as an option, make additional navigation in the footer and place a logo. As for the counters, yes, your coder is right, it doesn't look very good.
