Balsamiq Mockup plugins for every project?

Hey!
Everyone knows such a thing as Balsamiq Mockup , as well as a set of plugins: mockupstogo.mybalsamiq.com
I don’t understand such a thing - for example, I chose several plugins, downloaded them. Imported them into the project. Worked, completed the project.
I start the next New Project and see that there are no plugins ... I have to reload them.
Is that really how it works? Those. Do I need to load all used plugins in every new project?
