I think you will hardly find it purely in Russian, because it is irrelevant to do it in one language, and few people invest in translations.

I do not quite understand what should be in another language in an application where only a graphical interface is needed?
For example. draw.io , there are icons and everything is intuitive.
Advanced prototyping solutions are paid, so they are not suitable.
