Why are artboards not being exported from PS to Zeplin?

Initially, it turned out to create a project in a zeplin and upload 2 artboards. After that it was all over. I tried to export the third artboard (it seems that this is not the limit for 1 free project) - it did not work. I thought that I had exceeded the limit of layouts in the project, so I deleted all the layouts from the project, deleted the project, created it again - the result is zero.
How do I do it?
I select the layers in the layout in PS and form an artboard, click on the "Export selected artboards to Zeplin" button, the choice of the project is offered - I choose. I press the "Import" button, the "exporting artboard 1 ..." process starts
after about 2-3 seconds, the process stops and the inscription "1 artboard selected" appears and that's it. I update the project, nothing was copied (I checked the Internet).
