What is the font of colored emoticons for the site?
I know there is noto color emoji, but I couldn't use it

Colored (more than one color) font cannot be.
And if it is like this, it is a feature of the OS / Browser, as, for example, on a phone in SMS, text emoticons can be replaced with graphic ones. It has nothing to do with the font.

You don't need a font. All fonts support Unicode, and Unicode also has colored icons. As 0leg5ergeev already suggested , check out emojisymbols.com
