What is the experience of integrating SugarCRM with Asterisk via the YAAI plugin?
Actually, the question is in the subject. Has anyone been able to set this up? The documentation says that apart from sugarcrm, configured asterisk and the yaai plugin, nothing is needed. Are there any pitfalls when setting up?
