Seriously, no one except the developers knows what this algorithm is. But it's unlikely that they are stupid enough to use plain XOR or BASE64

So the fact of the matter is that these are not passwords or something secret.
Just attribute names containing Cyrillic. If the name contains only Latin letters, then no encryption occurs.

Can you create new posts? If so, try a chosen plaintext attack, create records with fields like 'a', 'aa', 'aaa', then 'b', 'bb', 'bbb'. Maybe something will clear up (or not).
