What is the easiest profession to enter the IT field?

Hello.
I have long wanted to enter the field of information technology - I see that there are good prospects, a lot of work and decent salaries.
I am a sociologist by profession, my mindset is not technical. And yet I would love to change my life.
Can you please tell me what is the best profession in the field of IT? And what should be studied in order to enter the profession easier and faster?
Thank you all.

some reach quite sickly heights, continuing to engage in completely non-core activities.
here, kagbe, everything depends on you, and not on the profession.
For example, I personally know a millionaire investor (not connected in any way with investments in IT), who pulls all the IT related to his business himself because he likes it.

good prospects
debatable. The market is saturated with programmers.
decent salaries.
only if in Moscow / St. Petersburg, in the regions - tears.
easier and faster to enter
easier and faster to enter will not work. you need years of self-study, a huge amount of personal time killed, in fact - you need to live it.

my mindset is not technical
this can be a decisive factor, unfortunately it works against you, which means you will not work in programming (what everyone considers to be an IT field), but work with data, the operator’s place and support services, and so on (up to administration, the same networks or software, yes yes, a technical mindset may not be needed there).

The profession of a sociologist is very much in demand in the field of IT. Social networks and queuing services fight for souls and personal data, not for code quality. And how to make coders work hard without an inspiring corporate mythology? And hacker groups, 80% of success is social engineering.)
