We need modules that will work with / contain AVR, STM32 microcontrollers.
So that TCP \ IP was implemented and it was easy to implement or use a ready-made http server.
And to be on sale in Russia.

Both via UARTs work.I would choose from STM, because you can upload your own html files to the module's memory.
