What is the difference in windows performance under vmware esxi and pure windows?

There is no way to install windows server on the server, but you can install vmware esxi. What will be the loss in performance if you install windows on vmware esxi, and not directly?

Loss in what specific performance? CPU? Drives? work with RAM? Network work?
What is the load profile?
Well, again, if there is still no opportunity to put a clean Windows, then what's the difference? :-)
