What is the difference between xen-4.1 and XenServer 6.2?

A little confused in xen'ah. Installed debian 7 net install on bare metal, installed xen-4.1 from stable repository, configured, started virtual machines. I started looking for how this thing can be monitored / managed and came across more recent versions. Tell me if there is a difference between them and how big it is. Does it make sense to start all over again? And most importantly, are the latest versions free?
What do you think about this:

Thanks in advance.

Xen & XenServer are different projects. Read here support.citrix.com/article/CTX137836

I once had Xen 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3 on Ubuntu, I would not say that the new ones worked much faster or more stable, and I also had to use xl commands instead of xm due to the fact that the main toolstack changed and the old one was not recommended for use, some the commands in the new config were either absent or worked in a completely different way. It was fun (there is a suspicion that this was due to the then brand new eight-core processor from AMD).
And about XenServer - this is a different project, yes, although it includes Xen as such, but I didn’t use it.

And it's not easier to install a clean XenServer than to fence a garden

xen-4.1 (and the version is not important) is a soft hypervisor, installed on Linux (well, on fbsd, emnip, lately). Of the alternatives - virtualbox, for example.
XenServer is a ready-made linux distribution with xen of some version (maybe 4.1, yes) inside.
