How to reinstall Ubuntu Desktop on Debian without data loss on Windows 7?

The essence of the problem is that I have 2 operating systems on my laptop 1. Ubuntu Desktop and 2. Windows 7. How can I reinstall Ubuntu on Debian (Debian Server is better, FreeBSD is even better (if at all possible then how)) without losing memory on Windows 7?

Vasily, operating systems are installed on different logical partitions.
Just format the one where Ubuntu stands (Ext3 or Ext4 file system), Windows will be preserved.
You may need to reconfigure the GRUB bootloader.
