What is the difference between Ubiquiti, Mikrotik and Zyxel seamless roaming solutions?

Good afternoon everyone.
A question that no tech support has answered.
What is the fundamental difference between seamless roaming solutions (also called "wireless roaming", "fast roaming", "seamless roaming") of UBIQUITI, MIKROTIK and ZYXEL?

www.3dnews.ru/564689 - about 802.11r

zyxel allows you to more or less roam only using their controllers and points that can work with this controller. For example, zyxel nxc2500 and zyxel nxc5500, zyxel nwa-5123ni TD, zyxel wac-6503d-s.

ubiquity - the controller is installed as software on a server, traffic is routed through this server

Are you sure that all traffic goes through the server? As I understand it, only management is carried out through the server and statistics with logs are collected, and traffic follows the rules of network routing, and the server on which the controller is installed does not take part.

Fundamental differences:
mikrotik - the
ubiquity router itself acts as a controller - the controller is installed as software on some server, traffic is run through this
zukhel server - requires the purchase of a separate iron controller.
The rest is details like switching time, number of ssids, ease of use.

zuhel normal roaming, points on different channels, a separate controller is required, the client is correctly transferred between points using the necessary
microtic permissions - everything is about the same, only the controller on the router is a separate
ubik package - all points sit on one channel and are represented by one poppy address
