I used e-sms.ws - when registering in your personal account, you have the item Receive SMS and incoming SMS, I don’t remember exactly, and with incoming SMS you yourself indicate what action you need. I needed more custom - I just processed a POST request to a specific url on my server (there is a place in the settings to specify which file will be pinned for incoming SMS) and implemented the logic I needed.
