Good afternoon, is there a difference in these certificates?
1) CloudFlare Inc ECC CA-2
2) GlobalSign Domain Validation CA - SHA256 - G2
Do they affect SEO differently?
Does it affect the user's security?

If the first one is also with Domain Validation, then there is no difference.
This does not affect the user's security in any way - cloudflare, globalsign, LE - the result is the same everywhere.
