There is a site https://strodus.ru/ connected to the cloudflare system, there are problems when logging in from old versions of browsers and old operating systems (Windows XP), namely, a secure connection is not established, error: err_ssl_version_or_cipher_mismatch. To check whether I am the only one experiencing such an error or not, I check on several sites that are built on Wordpress and connected to Cloudflare, they do not have such problems, a secure connection is freely created.
