This is not the first time I've encountered this problem. After the site is transferred under the wing of Cloudflare, Yandex.Metrica stops seeing the counter.
Someone faced this problem? If yes, how did you decide? What Cloudflare settings to twist?

Similar problem. The metric does not see most of the visitors. DNS parked on Cloudflare. Everything is set up as it should, caching is turned off. Added Yandex bots to the white list. Nothing helps, the metric does not see most of the traffic to the site. There are more visitors in Google Analytics, in Cloudflare's internal analytics, the picture is also different. I wrote to Yandex, it's useless.
