What is the difference between running software in sandboxie via gui and command line?

I launch the game in the sandbox via RMB-> select the sandbox game, ok. The game starts up fine.
I launch through "C:\Program Files\Sandboxie\Start.exe" /box:game "C:\Program Files (x86)\Game\Game.exe" and it starts to download 60 gigs of games. Why, why?

See if you run the same files, perhaps in the second case you run another file and the game starts downloading the files necessary for work
