Restore files emptied from recycle bin. Tried everything, any hope?

On a computer with windows 10, I created a folder on the desktop where I dropped all the videos from the camera in .mts format. Then my wife decided to clean up my desktop and, when all the files were selected, she also grabbed this folder. But the wife says that she did not use the shift + delete combination, but simply pressed delete and a window appeared, something like: the weight of the files is very large and will not fit in the basket - delete permanently? She agreed. And all files are deleted.
When I started looking and trying to recover using standard programs (recuva, hetman partition, easeUs, handy recovery), then after the analysis I simply did not see these files anywhere. Didn't find it at all. That is, going through the program explorer to the desktop, to the recycle bin, and so on, does not give anything. Searching by extension and by name only gives out old videos in general, which I deleted a year ago, but does not see the necessary ones.
I also experienced that when using the shift + delete combination, I can see and restore files and folders using the programs described above. But when I used the recycle bin and emptied it, these files were not found at all. Can't understand why?
How can this problem be solved?

I didn’t try it under 10k, but Recover4all Professional helped out before.

R Studio. This is how I restored the photos in my phone deleted by the child.

If it's an SSD, then don't even try.

Even in the case of recovery, the files will most likely be broken. Large files are quickly overwritten with new data after deletion.
