What is the difference between different types of SSD?

Good afternoon.
Broke my head with these SSDs.
SAS SSD vs Sata SSD - What is the key difference in plain language? SAS is more reliable and can deliver 12Gb/s when SATA is only 6Gb?
Enterprise SSD and Desktop SSD - Main differences only (other than memory type) in terms of TBW and as a result DWPD?
Why is it recommended to mark up only 70% of the total volume when using an SSD? Is this advice relevant on server hardware?

Here the differences are not between the disks, but between the interface in the first place.
The main difference between SAS-
Well, even on the little things. For desktop systems, all these advantages are rather strange and unnecessary, but in servers there is often no way without them.

This advice is relevant primarily on server hardware, although it can be useful in certain cases and with a desktop nature of the load.
Not necessarily 70% - with a very heavy load, you can do more, or you can do less.
The essence of this action is to increase the reserve of clean cells.
On desktops, in principle, TRIM copes with a small load, but on servers, TRIM often does not work, and even if it does, it is of no use at high load.
But the reserve of cells saves.
