What is the difference between Consumer Edition images and Media Creation Tool images?

On the Internet, when searching for images with Windows 10 or 11, you can stumble upon the so-called Consumer Edition and Business Edition.

Also, an image with Windows 10 or 11 can be downloaded for free from the official Microsoft website:
https://www.microsoft.com/ru-ru/software-download/...
https://www.microsoft.com/ru-ru/ software-download/...
(if you go to the page for downloading Windows 10 from macOS, then you will be presented with downloading ISO images, not an .exe file)

Well, from here you can also download .iso images of Windows without problems with the office. Microsoft servers - https://tb.rg-adguard.net/public.php

Question:
Those .iso images that are downloaded from the Microsoft website using the links above are the Consumer Edition versions that simply do not have this indication in the name, or what is this "Edition"?

The Consumer Edition compilation features the Single Language Home and Home editions, but lacks the Enterprise Edition. In the Business Edition , there is a corporate edition and there are no home editions. This is because the Business Edition is targeted at the corporate segment and allows the use of the Microsoft VL license, while the Consumer Edition is intended for individuals and allows the use of the lowest level of the Home license.
