Hello! Recently I came across an article with the title "CMS or website builders". At first he smiled, and then I thought.
Tell me, do I understand correctly that comparing CMS and constructors is incorrect? After all, with the help of the designer it is impossible to create a dynamic site like a blog or a store?
If I'm wrong, please tell me what are the main differences between CMS and website builders. I know questions with similar wording have been asked here before, but it's been three years since each of them was discussed.

the main fundamental difference:
the constructor is usually saas,
cms is self-hosted.
therefore, in the constructor, eat what they give, without the possibility of modifying, transferring to another hosting, and so on.
and cms has more options for customization, extensions, etc.
