Which CMS to choose for a corporate portal?

Help with the choice of CMS for creating an internal website in the company.
The portal should look modern.
Each employee has an account.
Each department has an account (you can go to the department page, see who is the head, who is in this department, what this department does and what tasks it solves)
The ability to graphically reproduce the company's structure, with hyperlinks to departments or employees.
News feed with the ability to conduct polls and the ability to comment.
Photo gallery with the possibility of commenting.
Well, of course, a convenient mechanism for creating ordinary pages, with a good editor.
Social media is not needed. We need a corporate blog. A site that should unite, help and inspire employees. Especially new employees.
Some ready-made solutions are overloaded with unnecessary functionality.
I think in the direction of some simple popular CMS (WP, Joomla, Drupal), because ordinary mortals will edit the portal, but is it possible to organize this idea with employees?

you can’t imagine a simpler and more convenient Bitrix, especially if its employees will generate the content.

The same question interests. But with minor amendments: authorization in AD via NTLM, pulling up user data from AD and, based on this data, the formation of a list of DR, new employees, honor roll, address book, etc. Well, the restriction of unauthorized users. I do not consider SharePoint (as well as systems that are server-based for winserver) - there is no money for this business. SharePoint Foundation is too slow and clumsy, and it looks clumsy
