What is the difference between CAPsMAN and MESH on Mikrotik / what should I choose to build a seamless Wi-Fi network?

There are:
1. Mikrotik RB493G (v6.33.5) -
1 pc 2. Mikrotik RB951G-2HnD (v6.33.5) - 3 pcs
3. All Mikrotik RB951G-2HnD are connected by cables directly to the central Mikrotik RB493G It is
necessary to build a seamless Wi-Fi network.
I tried to use CAPsMAN according to the instructions , but I observe that when some devices are connected to different points, they do not see each other (example: Google Chromecast), so devices like IP phones see each Wi-Fi as a separate network and if they are moved to the coverage area of another it won't connect anymore.
Since I don’t know, it’s my crooked hands and I configured CAPsMAN incorrectly / something has changed in new firmware / it works like that by itself.
I ask knowledgeable people to suggest how best to do this.

At MUM Moscow 2015, Janis Megis told me to switch to capsman2 (cm2). Pro do not see "each other" setting should be called Default forward. About "they see as separate points" go to cm2, when I tested in my office, I did not see such a problem.
