What is the difference between a server and a powerful PC for terminalki 1s?

We need a server for terminalka 1s (3-4 workstations). What is the difference between a budget server machine (like HPE ProLiant MicroServer) and a regular assembled PC with i5 hardware, 16 RAM, etc.?
Which option will be more convenient in administration and more productive?

Your PC will be much more productive. It is better to add the same amount of memory only, and the second ssd to the mirror.
Microserver will be somewhat more reliable due to the quality of the hardware.
iLO is no longer in this microserver, so it has effectively become a home nas platform rather than a very small server. So there will be no additional convenience here.

If the configurations used are on managed forms, then it is better not to RDP, but to publish the databases on a web server (Apache or IIS) and connect with a thin client via http/https.
