Your memory is not being checked at 0x2C22913CC (11298MB). The value FFFFFFFF was written to it, and read at the same address F7FFFFFF (an error in the second byte).
Pull out the memory, wipe all contact tracks with an eraser, blow air through the memory slots. Only not with a mouth, but with a pear. Swap the memory modules and run the test again.
If the error repeats - calculate the broken memory module by sticking them one by one. into different slots and monitoring for an error.
