Release of Android devices - do I need to license or pay copyright to Google?

Hello!
Does anyone know if I need to license or pay royalties to Google somehow if I release devices that run Android?
That is, my device will use a microcomputer with pre-installed Android ("dongles" from a Chinese manufacturer).
I read somewhere that, like, if a manufacturer uses HDMI in a device, then he needs to pay some royalties to the company that invented this standard. What about Android and Google?
Or has the Chinese manufacturer of microcomputers already paid all the necessary royalties and I can freely use the purchased devices in commercial activities (create my own devices with their help and sell them)?
If anyone knows about this topic, please enlighten.
Thanks a lot!

In fact, you can install AOSP anywhere, but to use Google services, you already need to negotiate with Google.
Some manufacturers simply forget about this and install Google services without any agreements.
