What is the copyright term for a cartoon character?

Hello!
We wanted to use a picture and the name of a character from the DuckTales cartoon named Zigzag McCrack in advertising materials, as well as in the design of the Internet service. But I feel like I'm violating Disney's copyright.
Is it true? Maybe the copyright has already expired and something like that? Are there any ways to use it? What threatens me with its use within Russia and the world?
Thank you.

nothing will work , even if you are suddenly from Hasbro or Lego, you will have to pay
if, of course, they notice / find out

Make your own character, ZigZag mGkryak in a cap and with a magic wand.
It will cause the necessary association, it will be more difficult to find fault with you.
But it is better to consult a lawyer.
