Monitoring

What is the client for passive monitoring of computers?

Need a client/idea to easily monitor the status of a computer (any information that can identify a computer) behind a NAT.
It is necessary:
1) Sending the selected information according to the schedule.
2) Work behind NAT (sending information by the client, not at the request of the server)
3) Universality (without the need for configuration on each host. Only an executable file with default settings)
4) For Win workstations.
5) Wish. Using SNMP.
The first idea was to use SNMP Trap, but I couldn't find a universal client. The current variant *.bat + snmpgen + tasks does not suit "Because". Zabbix/nagios clients do not seem to be able to do all of the above (correct)
How else can such monitoring be implemented? Or is it easier / faster to write your own client-server for such a task?
PS I think I described a variation of the virus...

They know how. Zabbix Agent active check . (The agent is installed as a service. The settings are minimal if prepared in advance.)
Or zabbix_sender in the scheduler and feed it whatever you want (in fact, the same as you have now, but not snmp).
