Monitoring several thousand applications on servers?

It is necessary to monitor the statuses of several thousand server applications. By default, for a visual display of the whole situation, it was supposed to develop a monitoring system based on the principle of windows defragmentation (all applications are tiles, depending on the state, each application will be of a certain color).
If you use ready-made solutions, then what can be best suited from the point of view of the gui?
Now we are considering zabbix, but the interface is not quite right (there is no way to visually display the statuses of all applications on one monitor).

If you don't display as separate elements those for which everything is fine - I think everything should work out and fit. Which are stopped or work without failure - can be displayed simply in quantitative statistics.
Briefly, the screen is as follows:
1. The general status of the system - a summary with quantitative indicators and so on.
2. Plate:
Left, top to bottom - controlled parameters
Top, left to right - applications

the option is to use one of the freeware systems to collect data - for example zabbix, then write your own backend that will pull data from zabbix or immediately frontend that will pull data collections through the zabbix API and display it as you like using the capabilities of javascript frameworks BUT will have to learn javascript. Or try the possibilities of grafana. She has synergy with zabbix.
