Is it possible to configure log monitoring through a browser

There are several Ubuntu Servers that I want to view both archive logs and live logs from in a browser. Well, that is, you need a solution like: put agents on the servers that you need to watch, allocate a separate server to collect statistics from all agents, go to this server through the web interface and view togas in the current time and download logs of a certain time period (if maybe you can also view them directly in the browser).

Are there similar utilities?
