What is the best wifi camera for face recognition system?

What wifi outdoor surveillance camera can you recommend up to 5000 r. for a face recognition system? You need the best quality, frame rate and price to fit into such a budget. I’m going to write a script in Python, I’m writing about it because there is already a camera (ps eye) working through a special driver on Windows, but there is no api, and it’s impossible to intercept the video stream with a script due to the specificity of the drivers (on Linux there are a number of working solutions, but for me it’s not satisfied, you need to deploy on Windows).

Please tell me which algorithm you are using, what are its limitations? Secondly, do you have any specific solution (for example, take into account unique visitors in a particular store, at a particular point) or do you need a laboratory setup? The best FRR/FAR results I got from boxed software solutions, with cameras that have a 2 MPix matrix and are capable of delivering 60 fps. In this case, the frame rate is not full (6-8 fps), just the quality of the matrix and processor (or SoC) for such cameras is higher. The choice of lens will depend on the application. High performance can be obtained on lenses without distortion, but this is 1. not about wi-fi cameras 2. Usually more expensive than $ 100.
If you recommend blindly, according to your conditions, then you should (with restrictions) approach:
1. Hikvision DS-2CD2425FWD-IW - about $60, the set of lenses is such that confident recognition is possible at close range, from three meters away. Distortion is present.
2. Dahua DH-IPC-K35AP - the same in terms of application and price as the previous version, but on the ambarella processor
3. Dahua DH-IPC-K22P - almost the same, but already from $ 45, the picture is a bit worse
I can’t recommend cameras from Xiaomi and the like - you are tormented with getting a stream. Non-wi-fi network cameras are cheaper, other things being equal. Cameras from ez-wiz, imou, hiwatch are seriously lower in picture quality than what the brand does not hesitate to glue the logo on, with rare exceptions.
