How to easily, quickly and cross-browser stream video from an RVI ip camera to a website?

I thought I'd do it in 5 minutes, but then I stuck it in... I just can't figure out how easier it is to broadcast video from an ip camera directly to the site, without using services. There are many complex and time-consuming, and most importantly, paid methods on the Internet.
Maybe share your experience?

MJPEG to the <img> tag
And then it will depend on how many clients are on the site at the same time, I think 3...4 will be able to watch at the same time without any services.
