What format to rely on when designing a new video surveillance system?

A proposal was made to make a video surveillance system for the entrance. Actually a question in a choice of system HD-SDI, IP, HD-TVI? The house has 3 entrances on 3 floors, a common basement. It is planned to have at least one, maximum 3 cameras per floor.

One and two . Based on a comparative analysis, it is not difficult to find out that a system built on IP is easy to administer, but creates additional troubles - ensuring network security, a good channel for exchange (the presence of a powerful router that will turn such traffic). This is subject to the quality of the recorded material. But it will be cheaper.) If you install registrars, then administering is not so easy. Yes, and the failure of the equipment will already entail high costs.

Take IP, although analog technologies are as advanced as HD-SDI and HD-TVI, they have a lot of disadvantages compared to IP.

I am for IP with PoE power, easy installation and maintenance. Non-analog problems (pickup, interference, etc.). It is always easy to understand the problem in case of breakdowns. Easy to monitor the system and many server software options.

IP. If necessary, it is scaled with a little finger, client licenses are often not licensed separately, monstrous extensibility and ease of configuration / maintenance / diagnostics. The tracer is not bad, as an alternative you can Milestone (I tend to the latter)
