The Infinity DVR generates an error tone when turned on. What is the problem?

When turned on, the DVR generates an error tone. Replaced the fans, didn't help, no errors on the monitor. The hard drive is complete. The signal is constant. Has anyone encountered such a problem?

wangyu - disk error, you need to format through the reg menu, some regs do not do it themselves
