What is the best way to write a game for a web developer?

I want to implement Google advertising + I want to choose something on which I won’t spend a year studying (in this regard, I think it’s better to choose Unity or is it more difficult?)

Actually the question is not the engine or the language. You can even write in a text file if you have a compiler ...
